Geography: The People of Rubi-Ka
They can be found almost everywhere - the inhabitants of this conflict-wrought world - and most of them have a little story to tell. Little stories about their perspective on life here and their role in it, or just advice and experiences handed down to the flow of newcomers.

Moog
1850 x 2550, Southern Artery Valley

Standing in a small outpost at the end of a bridge, is Moog, and his partner Richelieu. Well. Partner in pain at least, as it seems they don't really get along so well. We always were kind of curious about the Outpost, and who better to ask than the engineer behind it all?

Probably a lot better to ask anyone else really, since his stay in Southern Artery Valley seems to have driven Chief Engineer Moog.. quite mad.

Hi, I guess. I am MoOg. Chief Engineer Moog! I work, don't I? I'm perfecting my plan. Those monsters are going to DIE!!

Oookay...Moog isn't really happy about that apparen'tly, and next he tried to coerce us into doing a mission for him, but as there were no reward, and us coming fresh from a round of missions in Broken Shores, we had to turn him down.

Yeah, I'll give you a mission! Kill a Swamp Warden for me! Kill it! Kill it till it's dead! Then kill it some more!!

We asked Moog what he could possibly tell us, and had to duck after doing so because Moog is a man with quite an extensive use of swinging arms in anger when he's mad. And he is. Constantly.

I'll tell you about those bastards at Omni-Tek! Those traitors! I'll tell you about how they left me with nothing while they cut their losses! I'll tell you about my outpost, and how they just canceled the project because the "resources" were "needed elsewhere!" I'll tell you all about it!!

Outpost 10-3. It was perfect! I designed every little bit of that beautiful outpost. And it was perfect! But those bastard traitors at Omni-Tek didn't give me the troops I needed! So now the monsters have the run of the place, and I'm reduced to living in this crummy bridge!

We left this area of discussion as Moog was starting to foam at the mouth and instead turned to the right and asked him about what seemed to be his partner - Richelieu.

Oh. You don't want to go near him! He's crazy! He's lost what little mind he... what little mind he... what mind little had...Go mind your own business!!

So we did. Mind our own business that is - we minded it all the way over to Richelieu instead, who seemed a bit friendlier...

Conversating with Moog, these are they keywords he will respond to.
